Strict Calibration and Dimensional Testing Protocol

Every supplied nozzle is subject to a structured inspection process before shipment. This is not limited to visual checking. The purpose is to verify the features that directly influence pickup performance, recognition and changer compatibility on a live SMT machine.

1. Microscopic concentricity inspection: Precision optical projector inspection checks the alignment of the suction bore and working tip profile. Bore concentricity is important for consistent component pickup and placement centering.
2. 2D DataMatrix scan verification: The laser-engraved code and reflective identification area are checked for readable machine recognition, helping prevent avoidable nozzle identification errors.
3. Vacuum holding pressure test: Each unit is tested on a vacuum flow jig to confirm holding pressure, bore airflow and airtightness. This test addresses leakage risks that may lead to dropped or shifted components.
