This Universal Feeder Trolley can be supplied with interchangeable slot plates for widely used feeder systems from Yamaha, Fuji, Panasonic, ASM SIPLACE, Samsung or Hanwha, and JUKI. Supported examples include Yamaha ZS, SS, and CL feeders; Fuji NXT, W08, W12, and XPF feeders; Panasonic NPM, CM402, and CM602 systems; ASM SIPLACE X, SX, and TX feeders; and Samsung or Hanwha SM and DECAN platforms.

For mixed-brand factories, confirming the feeder model before production is essential. Slot pitch, feeder body width, and the preferred quantity per level can be aligned with the actual feeder fleet. This avoids the common problem of buying a general-purpose storage rack that does not properly support the feeder base or leaves insufficient clearance between units.

ESD Safety Designed into Every Movement

Feeders often contain sensitive electrical connections and electronic components. Moving them on ordinary non-conductive wheels can introduce avoidable electrostatic risk, particularly in controlled assembly environments. This ESD Feeder Cart is equipped with four conductive swivel castors, including two foot-brake wheels for stable parking. The integrated grounding chain maintains contact with the floor, supporting electrostatic discharge control while the trolley is moved or positioned near the line.

The braking function is equally useful during feeder setup. Operators can park the cart beside the preparation table or placement machine, lock it in place, and load feeders without the cart drifting. This simple feature supports safer handling in busy production zones where space is limited and changeovers are time-sensitive.
